Our collections include everything for your coastal lifestyle: bikinis, balconette bras, Brazilian knickers, beach dresses, cover-ups, loungewear, and swim accessories. We carefully design each piece to transition seamlessly from shore to street.
How do I choose the right size for swimwear?
We provide detailed size guides for each product category. For bras, we recommend measuring your underbust and bust to determine your perfect fit. Swimwear generally follows standard clothing sizes, but do check individual product measurements as some styles may run small or large.
Do you offer plus-size options?
Yes! We’re proud to offer a range of sizes including full-bust bras (up to G cup) and swimwear up to UK size 20. Look for “Full Cup” and “Plus Size” filters in our menu.

Ordering & Account

How do I create an account?
Simply click “Register” during checkout or in the top menu. With an account, you can track orders, save favorites, and check out faster on future purchases.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your beachwear to you promptly. If you need to make changes, email [email protected] immediately with your order number – we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered processing.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options are available?
We offer:
– Standard Shipping (10-15 business days): £12.95 via DHL/FedEx
– Free Shipping (15-25 business days): For orders over £50 via EMS
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some remote locations. International customers may be responsible for customs fees – we’ll ensure all paperwork is accurate, but these charges vary by country and are beyond our control.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. This allows you to follow your package’s journey from our Gloucester headquarters to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We want you to love every Shore piece! You may return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 15 days of receipt. Email [email protected] to initiate your return – we’ll provide instructions and a return label.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. International returns may take longer to process due to customs.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns and new orders separately for efficiency. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout. All payments are processed through encrypted systems for your protection.
Is my payment information secure?
