At Shore Beachwear, we want you to love your coastal-inspired pieces as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our beachwear, bras, or accessories, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on most items, with these exceptions:

  • Swimwear bottoms and knickers (including Brazilian Knickers, Bikini Knickers, and Full Briefs) for hygiene reasons
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

COVID-19 Update

For your safety and ours, we ask that you wash your hands before handling returns and ensure all items are free from contaminants. Our team is following all recommended health guidelines when processing returns.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship your return to our Gloucester headquarters using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email which item(s) you’d like to exchange for
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  4. Price differences will be charged or refunded as needed

International Returns

For customers outside the UK: Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. We cannot refund original shipping costs or any customs/duties fees you may have paid.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the item using a prepaid shipping label
